Hi there! So one of my latest bucket list additions was to do an ab workout every day for a month. Since I have to start at some point, I might as well pick today. Also today is the first day of February so that seems like a good time to start. First of all I’d like to say that I’m not a fit girl and I’m not trying to be one. I like to workout and play sports but I’m not paying attention to what I eat and I don’t focus on living a healthy lifestyle. I was mostly just curious to find out if I’d notice some changes after this month. Lets start with a before pic.
Since I’ll have to do my workout every day, I don’t want to make it too long. Other wise I’ll probably end up skipping some days haha. So the three exercises that I’ll be doing are planking (1 minute), bicycle crunches (15 per side) and V-Ups (10).
